Where it comes from
Importers for the systems shops use.
Importers read the exports of Diversdesk, Bloowatch, ScubaCloud and Dive Shop 360. For everything else there are CSV templates for divers, certifications, bookings, gear and stock that any spreadsheet can fill.
- Templates with examples. One row filled in per template, so you see what goes where.
- Any language and format. Dates, numbers and names are read the way your file writes them.
- Run it again. Import more later. Records already there are recognised, not doubled.

Check before saving
You see what it found. Nothing is merged behind your back.
DiveHive matches your columns to its fields and shows a preview. People who look like the same diver are flagged for you to decide, never joined automatically. Rows it cannot read are listed, not dropped.
- Possible duplicates. Same name and birth date, or same e-mail: you choose.
- Problem rows. A missing date or an unknown certification, listed with the reason.
- Divers claim their profile. Imported divers can later claim it by link or verified e-mail.

Upcoming bookings land on your new schedule.
Future bookings arrive on the right day and trip, with the diver, the rental needs and the notes. Each diver signs your DiveHive waiver and medical before their next trip, from a link, so the paperwork is fresh and sealed from day one.

Does importing cost extra?
No. Importers and CSV templates are part of every edition. For founding shops, the DiveHive team runs the import for them.
Can we run both systems side by side?
Yes. The 30-day trial has every module on and needs no card, so you can run both until you trust the new one.
Our records are on paper. What then?
Type them into the CSV templates, or start with your upcoming bookings and let divers fill in their own details from the booking link.
What about divers who already signed our old waiver?
They sign your DiveHive waiver and medical once, from a link before their next trip. From then on it is sealed and on file.
Can we take our data with us if we leave?
Yes. Export everything your shop owns at any time, in open formats.
