A shop anywhere can start on its own. The country pack fills in what is local, and your data comes with you.
- Set up
Create the organisation and its first location: country, time zone, currency and languages.
- Imported
Divers, certifications, bookings, gear and stock come in from spreadsheets or your old system.
- Connected
Staff join on their phones, the Board goes on the TV, and the console opens on any computer.
- Running
Everything works through power cuts and weak signal, and syncs when the connection returns.
Console, phone, Board
One system, three distances.
The console on the office computer, in the browser or as a Windows and macOS app. The iOS and Android apps for staff and divers. The Board on any TV in the briefing area. Same data, live, in the same language of status.
- Realtime. A change at the desk shows on the phones and the Board at once.
- Notifications. Push, e-mail and an inbox, set per event. Safety messages are always on.
- Unlimited people. Every staff member and every diver, no seat count.
Status is never colour alone: always an icon, a label and a colour.
Offline first
Built for island internet.
When the connection drops, check-in, group logs, the counter and the Board keep going. Everything waits in a queue and syncs when the signal is back, exactly once. After a power cut the Board comes back on its own.

Languages and formats
Every diver in their own language.
The apps, booking pages and forms come in ten languages. Dates, numbers and prices follow each person's own format, and units are their choice: metres or feet, °C or °F, bar or psi.
- Local time, always. Trips in the location's time, reminders in the diver's.
- Currency per location. Totals per currency. Conversions only as a labelled estimate.
- Phones and messengers. International numbers, with the messengers people use in each country.

Does DiveHive work in our country?
Yes. A shop in any country can sign up and run its day. The Philippines has the deepest local content today; other countries start with sensible defaults, and DiveHive says plainly where local data is not available yet.
Which languages are there?
English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Filipino, Indonesian and Thai, for the apps, booking pages and forms. Legal texts are binding in English.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Check-in, group logs, the counter and the Board keep working. Everything syncs when the connection is back, exactly once.
Where is our data hosted?
In Singapore. The same privacy baseline applies to everyone, and DiveHive never sells personal data.
Can we leave and take our data?
Yes. Export everything your shop owns at any time. Deleted accounts have a 30-day grace period before they are gone.
We have several locations. How does that work?
Each location has its own time zone, currency, fleet, staff and Board, under one organisation. Every further location gets 20% off.
