Included in every edition

Bookings from everywhere, in one list.

The app, your own website, Discover, partner hotels and the counter all land in the same requests list. Guests sign and pay from a link, without an account, and their rentals and notes go straight to the boat.

Join the waitlist as a shopFounding shops: free in the beta, then 50% off for 12 months, then 20% off for as long as you stay.

From "can I join?" to a seat on the boat.

Every booking follows the same path, wherever it started. You see all of them in one place.

  1. Found

In the DiveHive app, your own website's widget, Discover, a partner's desk or at the counter.

  2. Booked

The form fits the activity: cert card, passport or park permit, sizes for rentals. No account needed.

  3. Approved

You approve, move or decline, with a warning when a requirement is missing. Or let divers join instantly.

  4. Ready

Waiver signed, deposit paid, a QR pass in their inbox, and the rental set packed for the boat.

Every channel

One requests list, whoever took the booking.

Each booking carries where it came from, so you know which channel works. Approve with one tap, or move a diver to a trip that fits.

  • Requirement warnings. Cert level, depth, age or a missing medical form, flagged on the request.
  • Move, don't decline. Offer the diver a trip that fits their level instead.
  • Instant join. Let qualified divers book without waiting for you.

The booking link

Every booking and every group gets its own link. Guests fill in what the activity needs, upload their cert card, sign and pay, all without creating an account.

  • Forms per activity. Fun dive, course, snorkel or liveaboard each ask for what they need.
  • A QR pass by e-mail. Check in at the jetty, with or without the app.
  • Claimed later. A light account waits for the guest; it is never merged with someone else's.

Rentals and notes

What the guest tells you reaches the boat.

Sizes, rental needs and notes are asked once, at booking. They show up on the packing list, the guide's phone and the trip page, so nobody asks again on the jetty.

  • Packing lists. Rental sets per boat or group, built from the bookings.
  • Notes for the guide. "First dive in two years" reaches the person who needs it.
  • Price as you show it. The booked price text travels with the booking.

Reviews

Reviews only from people who dived with you.

After the dive, guests who were really on the boat can review your shop. You can reply once. Nobody can buy a better position.

  • Verified participants. Only divers checked in on one of your trips can review.
  • One reply. Thank them, or explain, in public, once.
  • On your shop page. Next to your trips in Discover and on search engines.

Your guests stay yours.

0% of your bookings.

Guests pay you directly. DiveHive takes nothing from a booking, wherever it came from.

Neutral ranking.

Discover ranks trips by fit and distance. There is no paid placement to buy.

Nothing merged behind your back.

Guest profiles are claimed by link or verified e-mail, never silently merged with another diver.

Everything in bookings.

All of it is part of every edition, for every location, at no extra cost.

Questions shops ask about bookings.

More in the FAQ, or write to hello@divehive.app.

Do my guests need the DiveHive app?

No. Every booking has a link where guests fill in their details, upload cert cards, sign and pay. Their QR pass arrives by e-mail.

Can I keep my own website?

Yes. Add the booking widget to it, or use branded booking pages on your own domain.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No. Guests pay you directly, and DiveHive takes 0% of every booking, whichever channel it came from.

What if a diver does not meet the requirements?

The request shows a warning: cert level, depth, age or a missing form. Approve anyway, move them to a trip that fits, or decline.

Can hotels and partner shops book seats?

Yes. Give them seats on your trips or a link of their own. Their bookings are tagged so you can see what each partner brings.

Can I approve every booking myself?

Yes, by default. Switch on instant join per trip if you want qualified divers to book without waiting.
