Does the counter work offline?

Cash and tab sales keep working without internet and sync later. Card and wallet payments need a connection to your provider.

Do you take a share of counter sales?

No. Card and wallet payments go to your own merchant account. DiveHive takes 0%.

Can we import our product list?

Yes. Import items from a CSV template or from your suppliers' catalogue files.

Is the receipt an official invoice?

No. Receipts are clearly marked as not official. Your official invoicing stays where it is.
