My groups

Know your divers before the boat leaves.

Each diver's level, sizes, weights, rental set and the notes the shop wants you to see, on one card per group. Check them in by QR or by name, mark a no-show, and move a diver between groups within the limit.

Never medical. Medical answers stay with the shop's owners and admins.
Check-in that works offline. A scan sound or vibration, or mute it on a quiet boat.
One log for the group. Every diver gets their copy, verified by you.

Do I pay anything?

No. DiveHive is free for every instructor, divemaster, guide, captain, crew member and freelancer. Shops pay per location, never per staff member.

I work for several shops. How does that work?

One account, every shop. Your schedule shows all of them. When you are busy at one shop or off, the others see you as Unavailable, never where or why.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Check-in, your groups, logs and the briefing remote work offline and sync when your phone is back in range.

Can shops see my personal dives?

No. Your own logbook is yours. Shops see the work you do for them and the history you choose to show on your CV.

What happens when I leave a shop?

The shop removes your access to its data. Your ratings, verified work history, CV and logbook stay with you.

Is the earnings statement a payslip?

No. It is an overview of the work you did and the rates the shop set. Shops pay you the way you agreed with them.
