DiveHive is made in Puerto Galera, Philippines, a short walk from the boats it is built for. One small company, one product: software for the dive day, and a logbook every diver keeps.

On an island, for islands.
Puerto Galera sits on the Verde Island Passage, with dive shops along every beach. Mornings start before six, the internet drops when it rains, typhoon signals change the plan, and the day runs on boats, banca crews and group chats.
That is the day DiveHive is designed for: offline when the signal goes, clear on a TV at five metres, and simple enough for a crew that has a boat to catch.
What we build by.
Five rules every screen of DiveHive is checked against.
- Safety reads first.Status, time and warnings outrank everything else on every screen.
- Built for the dock.Sun, wet hands and weak signal: large targets, high contrast, offline by default.
- One system, three distances.The same language at the desk, in the hand and on a TV at five metres. Only size and density change.
- The shop stays in control.Automation flags storms, conflicts and requirements. People decide to cancel, override or approve.
- Divers own their history.Every dive at every shop ends up in one verified logbook that belongs to the diver.
