From an empty slot to back on shore.

One trip, planned once. The console, the guides' phones and the Board all show the same thing, live.

  1. Plan

Click or drag an empty slot on a boat lane. Site, boat and start are filled in; repeat it as a series if it runs every week.

  2. Crew

Add guides, instructors, captain and crew. DiveHive warns about double bookings, days off and missing ratings.

  3. Fill

Bookings, walk-ins and partner seats fill the trip. The roster shows each diver's cert and dive count.

  4. Run

Boarding, departed, diving, surfaced, back on shore. Late groups raise an alarm; people on land can follow along.

The trip planner

Conflicts show up while you plan, not on the jetty.

Every trip is checked against your boats, your staff and your rules as you build it. You see the problem and decide.

  • Double bookings and days off. A guide on two boats at once, or off that day, is flagged with the clash.
  • Boat capacity. Divers, guides and crew counted against the seats on the boat.
  • Ratings and ratios. Who may lead which site or course, and your divers-per-guide cap, enforced.

Storm days

Cancel the day in one move, and everyone hears about it.

When the warning comes in, one action cancels today's trips that have not left yet, with your reason, and tells every diver and staff member on them.

  • Everyone told at once. Divers and staff get the cancellation with your reason. Safety messages are always on.
  • Offer something else. Alternatives, rain checks and a waitlist that offers freed seats by itself.
  • You make the call. Warnings flag trips; nothing is cancelled until a person decides.

Live trip stages

Know where every boat is in its day.

Guides move the trip from boarding to back on shore on their phone, even offline. The console and the Board follow, and a late return raises the alarm.

  • Overdue alerts. Set when a trip should be back; DiveHive tells you when it is not.
  • A status link for people on land. Family and hotels follow the trip without an account.
  • Change the site on the water. Moved to plan B? The guide changes it and everyone sees it.

Smart planning

Suggestions from your own history.

DiveHive learns from the trips you have run: who usually does not show, which guide fits a site, which seats are still open. It suggests; you decide.

  • Ranked guide suggestions. By rating, site experience and the day they already have. Auto-assign only if you switch it on.
  • Looking for divers. Post the last seats of a trip to divers nearby in Discover.
  • No-show advice. Expected no-shows from your own history. Advice only; DiveHive never overbooks.

Warnings, not walls.

You can always save.

Double bookings, a full boat or a guide's day off warn you. Save anyway, and DiveHive notes who decided.

Your rules hold.

The divers-per-guide cap you set is enforced. Course groups follow the agency's ratios as hard rules.

The location's own clock.

Every time is shown in the location's time zone, wherever the person planning happens to be.

Everything in planning.

All of it is part of every edition, for every location, at no extra cost.

Questions shops ask about planning.

More in the FAQ, or write to hello@divehive.app.

Does DiveHive stop me when there is a conflict?

No. Double bookings, a full boat or a guide's day off show as warnings, and you can save anyway. Two rules hold: your divers-per-guide cap and the agency ratios for course groups.

Can I plan from my phone?

Yes. The phone has an agenda for every role and full trip planning, so you can move a trip from the jetty.

How do shared trips with other shops work?

You give a partner shop a number of seats on your trip or boat. They see the headcount and their own divers, not yours.

Which time zone do trips use?

Always the location's own. A manager planning from another country sees the times as the shop lives them.

Can trips repeat every week?

Yes. Make a series, edit "this one or all future", skip holidays and set a minimum number of divers.

What happens on a storm day?

Warnings flag the trips. If you decide to cancel, one action cancels today's open trips with your reason and tells every diver and staff member on them.

Plan tomorrow before you lock up.

Join the waitlist as a shop. Founding shops get their current trips and divers imported for them.
