One tab per diver collects everything they use during their stay, from the gear room, the fill station and the shelf.

Opened
A tab opens with the booking. Rentals and add-ons from the booking are already on it.
Added
Fills, extra rentals and shop items are added at the counter, on the boat or at the fill station.
Settled
The guest pays once: card, QR or e-wallet through your provider, or cash. A clearly labelled receipt follows.
Restocked
Sold items leave the stock. Low stock raises an alert and a draft purchase order.

No more paper slips in a box behind the counter. Everything a diver uses lands on their tab, wherever it was handed out, and is paid once at the end of the stay or whenever they like.

Rentals billed to the booking. The rental set from the booking is on the tab already.
Fills where they happen. Logged at the fill station, charged to the right tab.
Member prices and peak days. Your shop catalogue sets the price, not the person at the counter.

Stock that tells you before it runs out.

Retail items keep their stock as they sell. Set a minimum per item and DiveHive drafts a purchase order to the right supplier when it is reached. Import your suppliers' catalogues instead of typing them.

Prepaid and the drawer

Fill cards, packages and a drawer that adds up.

Sell air and nitrox fill cards and dive packages that are used up fill by fill and dive by dive. The cash drawer starts with a float and ends with a count that is compared to what was sold.

Dive packages. Shared between buddies if you allow it, with an expiry date.

What does the module cost?

$29 a month per location billed yearly, or $35 monthly, net. It is part of the Dive Shop, Dive Resort and Everything editions. Further locations get 20% off.

Does it work without internet?

Cash and tab sales work offline and sync when the connection is back. Card, QR and e-wallet payments need a connection to your provider.

Do you take a cut of counter sales?

No. Card and wallet payments go to your own merchant account through your provider. DiveHive takes 0%.

Do I need this module for rental gear?

No. Rental gear, sets, check-out and service are in every edition. The module adds billing rentals to a tab, the counter and retail.

Are the receipts official?

No. DiveHive's receipts are clearly marked as not official receipts or tax invoices. You issue official ones from your own system.

Can I import my suppliers' catalogues?

Yes. Import items, prices and codes from a supplier's file, then order from them with purchase orders.
