A briefing area that runs itself.
The Board puts the dive day on any TV: today's trips, the next departure, the briefing and the conditions. It rotates on its own, survives power cuts and never needs a click.

The Canyons
- Entry at the mooring, drift north
- Max 30 m, turn at 120 bar
- Safety stop on the reef top
From a TV in a box to a running Board.
No new hardware to buy. The screen you have, a small PC or the TV's own browser is enough.
- Plug in a screen
Any TV or monitor with a small PC, a stick or a browser. The desktop Board app or the Android TV app if you want kiosk mode.
- Pair it once
Open the Board link on the screen and confirm the code in the console. It stays paired through restarts.
- Pick the views
Choose which views rotate, how long each stays and the notices in the ticker. Change it any time from the console.
- Let it run
It follows the day live, pages long lists and switches to the briefing when a guide starts one from their phone.
Views that rotate
Show the right thing at the right hour.
Pick the views for each screen and how long each one stays. The Board rotates through them and pages long lists by itself, because nobody can scroll a TV.
- Today and the timeline. Every trip of the day, with the next departure big enough to read from the door.
- Boat and jetty. One boat's groups, guides and boarding time, for the screen at the jetty.
- Notices. A ticker for your own messages: night dives, lost and found, a change of plan.

The briefing
The guide runs the briefing from their phone.
The site's own briefing, with the route, depths and your shop's notes, goes up on the Board. The guide steps through it from their phone while facing the group.
- Your briefing, per site. Route sketch, depth profile, hazards and the shop's private notes.
- Back to the day. When the briefing ends, the Board returns to its rotation.
- Checklists built in. Auto-briefing checklists make sure nothing is skipped.

Safe on a wall
Everyone in the room can read it. So it shows only what they may.
The Board hangs where guests, walk-ins and passers-by can see it. It shows first names and groups, never personal details.
- First name and initial. "Mara S.", never a full name.
- Never medical, gear or payments. Not on the Board, whatever the view.
- Your local time. The location's time zone, wherever the screen's computer is set.

Power cut, no signal
It comes back on its own, and says how old the data is.
Island power and island internet come and go. The Board starts again by itself, shows the day it last knew and catches up when the signal returns.
- Auto-start. The desktop Board app starts with the computer and opens full screen.
- "Stale since". When it is offline, the Board says so, with the time of the last update.
- Kiosk lock and updates. Nobody can close it by accident, and it updates itself.
- 07:38Power cut. The screen goes dark.
- 07:51Power back. The computer starts, the Board opens full screen.
- 07:51Cached day shown, marked offline, still rotating.
- 07:54Signal back. Synced; the offline mark disappears.
A screen nobody has to touch.
The Board only displays. Long lists page and views rotate; control comes from the console or a guide's phone.
First names and groups. Never medical answers, gear, payments or contact details.
After a power cut or an outage it starts again, shows what it knew and catches up.
Everything in the Board.
Part of every edition. Run as many screens as your location needs.

Questions shops ask about the Board.
More in the FAQ, or write to hello@divehive.app.
What hardware do I need?
Any TV or monitor and something that runs a browser: a small PC, a stick, or the TV's own browser. The desktop Board app and the Android TV app add auto-start and kiosk lock.
What happens when the internet is down?
The Board keeps showing the day it last knew, marked with the time of the last update, and catches up when the signal returns.
Can guests see private details on it?
No. The Board shows first names with an initial, groups and trips. Medical answers, gear, payments and contact details never appear.
Can I run more than one screen?
Yes, as many as your location needs, each with its own views: briefing area, jetty, front desk.
How does the briefing remote work?
The guide opens the briefing on their phone and taps Next. The Board shows the same step, then goes back to its rotation when the briefing ends.
Does it cost extra?
No. The Board is part of every edition, with as many screens as you need.
