Module · $79 a month per boat

The whole voyage, even out of signal.

Voyages planned day by day, cabins sold by type, and crew phones that keep the manifest, briefings and emergency plan when the boat is far from any tower.

From the first cabin sold to the last log.

A voyage is one trip of several days. Dives, groups and logs work exactly like your day trips, inside it.

  1. Planned

Ports, days, areas and planned dives per day, including night dives, on one boat with one crew.

  2. Sold

Cabins by type or by number, through your site, Discover, agents and partner shops.

  3. At sea

Crew phones carry the voyage offline: manifest, briefings, roll calls, logs and the emergency plan.

  4. Home

Everything syncs when the signal returns. Logs land in every diver's logbook, passports are deleted.

Itinerary

Day by day, plan and actual.

Each day has an area and planned dives. When the captain changes a site for current or weather, guests see the new plan on their phones and the logs record where you actually dived.

  • The captain decides. Change the area or a site at sea. The plan updates for everyone on board.
  • Night dives included. Planned per day like any other dive.
  • Logs keep the truth. Planned sites stay in the itinerary, actual sites go in the logs.

Before boarding

Ready before the lines come off.

A voyage asks for more than a day trip. Insurance and diet are required, the medical form must be from the last 12 months, and nitrox divers need the card. Flights and pick-ups are collected too, so the crew knows who arrives when.

  • Insurance required. No boarding pass without it.
  • Passports for the port. Collected for the manifest and deleted after the voyage.
  • Gear and gas plan. Tank type, DIN or INT, nitrox and rentals for the whole voyage.

At sea

On board, the plan lives on the boat.

Before departure the crew's phones download the voyage. At sea, roll calls, group logs, gear issues and incidents work without signal, and the salon screen runs from its own copy.

  • Salon screen. Today's schedule from wake-up to the night dive, on the boat's TV.
  • Roll calls. Everyone back on board after every dive, counted on a phone.
  • Extras on the bill. Drinks, souvenirs and nitrox added on board, settled at the end.

Found by travellers

Cabins that sell themselves.

Your voyages appear in the Liveaboards section of Discover, by dates, region, length, cabin type and certification level, with up to 10 photos of the boat. Full cabin types get a waitlist that offers freed berths automatically.

  • Agents and partners. Give agents and partner shops their own berth allocations.
  • Solo travellers. Book a berth and choose to share with a guest of the same gender.
  • Waitlist offers. 24 hours to accept a freed berth, 4 hours in the last week.

Built for days at sea.

Offline first.

Everything the crew needs is on their phones before the boat leaves, and works without signal for days.

Ready before boarding.

Insurance, medical, diet and the emergency plan are sorted on land, not on the first morning at sea.

Kept only as long as needed.

Passport details are collected for the port and deleted after the voyage.

What does the module cost?

$79 a month per liveaboard boat billed yearly, or $95 monthly, net. Every further boat gets 20% off. The Liveaboard edition is the base plus this module.

How does it work without signal?

Before departure the crew phones download the voyage. At sea everything the crew does works offline and syncs when the boat is back in range. The salon screen runs from its own copy.

Can agents and partner shops sell our cabins?

Yes. Give them berth allocations of their own. Their bookings land in your list, tagged by source.

How do solo travellers book?

They book a berth in a shared cabin and can choose to share only with a guest of the same gender. Staff assign the berths.

What happens to passport details?

They are collected for the port manifest and deleted after the voyage.

We also run day boats. Do we need this module?

No. Day trips, boats and crews are in every edition. The module adds voyages, cabins and offline voyage mode.

Fill the cabins. Then leave the signal behind.

Join the waitlist as an operator. The 30-day trial includes every module, with no card needed.
