The front desk sees who arrives, who leaves and which rooms are ready. Housekeeping updates each room from their phones, so nobody walks to check.
- Arrivals with context. Deposit, dives booked and waivers signed, before the guest reaches the desk.
- Room moves. Move a stay to another room, and the bill and calendar follow.
- Room status. Dirty, clean, inspected or out of order, always with a label.

Packages and partners
Groups, blocks and partner stays.
Hold a block of rooms for a club or a group and release what they do not fill. Guests who sleep at a partner hotel still get their pick-up, their dives and one record with you.

Booking sites in sync. Long stays in instalments.
Your rooms stay in sync with the booking sites you list on, through calendar sync, so a room is never sold twice. Long stays get a payment plan: a deposit now, the rest on dates you set.

What does the module cost?
It is priced by the rooms of the location: $49 a month for up to 6 rooms, $79 for 7 to 15, $119 for 16 to 30 and $159 for 31 or more, billed yearly and net. Monthly billing costs a little more, and further locations get 20% off.
Does it replace our hotel system?
For most dive resorts, yes: rooms, rates, front desk, housekeeping, groups and one guest bill. It is built around the diving, not around a large hotel's needs.
Do the booking sites stay in sync?
Yes, through calendar sync with the booking sites you list on. A full channel manager connection is available at cost if you want one.
Can the counter tab go on the room bill?
Yes, with POS and retail. Without it, the bill shows the room and the diving.
What about guests at other hotels?
Add them as partner stays. They get pick-up times on their trips and one record with your shop.
Do you take a cut of room payments?
No. Deposits, instalments and bills go to your own merchant account. DiveHive takes 0%.
