HomeFor partners
Free for conservation organisationsFor the people who look after the reef.
NGOs, marine park managers and research groups get a free partner account: verify the credentials you issue, run programmes with shops and divers, and receive data that divers agreed to share, in formats you already use.
Credential requests
How a partnership works.
No contracts to read first, no fees. A conversation, then a partner account.
- Talk
Write to us about your programmes and what data would help your work.
- Set up
A free partner account with your page, your credentials and your programmes.
- Connect
Shops request your credential, divers join your activities and choose to share data.
- Report
Exports and an impact dashboard, plus your share of DiveHive's 1% each year.
Credentials
You decide who carries your name.
Shops request your credential on DiveHive. You verify or decline, and a verified credential shows on the shop's public page as verified by you. Shops with a verified credential get 10% off their DiveHive plan, which gives them a reason to meet your standard.
- Expiry and renewal. Credentials lapse on the date you set unless you renew them.
- Withdraw at any time. The badge and the discount go with it.
- Your public page. Your programmes and the shops you verified.

Programmes and data
Data from real dives, shared with consent.
Cleanups, coral health, threats and species observations, logged on DiveHive and confirmed by guides. Divers choose to share them with your programme, and you receive them as standard exports for the citizen-science tools you already use.
- Activities for everyone. Run cleanups and events open to divers and non-divers.
- Sensitive locations coarse. Vulnerable species are never shown to the spot.
- Short lessons. Publish lessons divers can take in the app.

Protected areas
Rules where the divers read them.
Marine park managers can set zones and rules that shops and divers see on site pages and trips, suggest park fees for shops to collect, and read anonymous visitor counts for their area.
- Anonymous counts. Shown only when at least five divers are counted.
- Notices that stay on top. Pinned on the local news board for shops and divers.
- Fee suggestions. Shops add your park fee to their trips. Money never passes through DiveHive.
- Use the mooring buoys
- No anchoring inside the marked zone
- No gloves on the reef
- Park fee per diver, suggested to shops
What partners get, and what they never pay.
Conservation organisations are never customers.
A partner account with your page, credentials, programmes, exports and dashboard. No fees, no paid placement.
DiveHive gives 1% of its net revenue each year to partners on the platform, shared by programme activity, with a public report.
Divers and shops can give through your own donate link. DiveHive takes nothing.
We name partners only when we both agree.
No logos on this site until an agreement is signed. If your organisation protects reefs anywhere in the world, write to us and tell us what would help your work.
Questions partners ask.
Or write to hello@divehive.app.
Who can become a partner?
Conservation organisations: NGOs, marine park managers and research groups, in any country. Hotels, agents and other businesses are not partners in this sense.
Does it cost anything?
No. Partner accounts are free, and partners never pay for placement.
What data do we receive?
Observations and cleanup data from divers who chose to share with your programme, with sensitive species locations kept coarse. Nothing else.
How is the 1% shared?
Yearly, among the partners on the platform, by programme activity, with a public report.
Will you show our logo?
Only after we have both agreed in writing.
