Do we need the POS module?
No. Rental gear, tank fills, payments, deposits and cash-up are all in the Dive Center edition. POS and retail adds the counter, tabs and stock.
Can we start without importing anything?
Yes. Add boats, staff and your waiver, and start with this week's trips. Import your divers later, or let them fill in their details from the booking link.
What do we need for the Board?
Any TV or monitor with a small PC, a stick computer or a browser in full screen. It needs nobody to touch it.
What happens on a storm day?
Storm flags inform you; they never cancel on their own. When you decide to cancel or move trips, every diver and guide is told in one go.
