Addendum: European Union and EEA

This addendum applies if you live in a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

1. Controller and representative

The controller of DiveHive's own processing is AppMinds.dev Inc., Behind Aya's Swiss Bakery, Sto. Niño, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro 5203, Philippines (SEC registration no. 2026070257796-63). No EU representative under Article 27 GDPR is appointed yet. Requests from the EU or EEA go to support@divehive.app.

2. Supervisory authority

You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

3. Consent of children

The age of digital consent differs between member states (13 to 16 years). DiveHive applies its own rules for minors from the Privacy Policy: your own account from 16, junior profiles managed by a parent or guardian below that, and the consent of a parent or guardian wherever your country requires it.
